Willemen Bouw: building with passion, growing with people. Willemen Bouw was established on 30 April 2025 through the merger of Willemen Construct, Cosimco, Franki Construct, and Tools. We focus on three core segments: civil engineering, industrial construction, and building projects. In addition to traditional construction work, Willemen Bouw carries out projects under DBFM (Design, Build, Finance, Maintain) and PPP (Public-Private Partnership) models, where our in-house expertise in design and financing plays a decisive role.
Our head office is located in Mechelen, and we also operate from two regional branches in Kontich and Hasselt.
Willemen Bouw is part of the Construction business line within Willemen Groep. This business line is centrally managed by a single Executive Committee.
