Het komende decennium wordt de Coronmeusesite in Luik omgetoverd tot de grootste ecowijk van ons land. Samen met CIT Blaton en Jan De Nul zijn we in oktober 2021 gestart met de bouw van Rives Ardentes, een nieuwe duurzame wijk van 25 hectare langs de oevers van de Maas met woningen, handelszaken, horeca, kantoren en een woonzorgcentrum. In totaal komen er 1.325 laagenergie- en passieve woonunits (appartementen, eengezinswoningen, cohousingunits en kangoeroewoningen) in deze ‘woonwijk van de toekomst’. Tijdens de eerste fase van de werken worden ook 20 handelszaken ingericht, waaronder meerdere horecazaken.
