Design and build of two buildings with eight floors and 25,000 m² of office and retail space. The project also has a 9,000 m² underground car park. This project will be LEED Gold-certified when completed. LEED stands for ‘Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design’ and assesses construction projects in terms of sustainability in the broadest sense of the word.
