Fluvius - Mechelen

Description

This head-to-toe renovated building of grid manager Fluvius (formerly Eandis) is dedicated to the new way of working. The latest technologies are combined with the most innovative applications. In order to use the available space as efficiently as possible, intelligent lifts are used, among other things. The Trias Energetica (three-step strategy) was taken into account right from the design phase, thus limiting energy demand as much as possible and preventing unnecessary energy consumption. The building provides a workplace for 540 employees.

Willemen Bouw was established on 30 April 2025 through the merger of Willemen Construct, Cosimco, Franki Construct and Tools.
